CLIENT IS DATA CONTROLLER:
Our clients (retail businesses) are the Data Controllers for their customer data.

META PLATFORM INTEGRATION:
We access Meta Platform Data through official APIs to provide technical services
to our clients.

• Security audit logs retained longer for compliance (1-2 years)

DATA DELETION:
• Permanently removed from all systems including backups
• Deletion documented and confirmed
